Receive a file using an access code
Enter the short access code the sender gave you. If the code is valid and has not expired, the file downloads immediately.
If the code no longer works, the share has passed its expiry window. Ask the sender to upload it again; re-sending takes under a minute.
Confirm that you expected the file and that you are using the official receive page before entering a code. Check the filename and size, use your device security tools, and avoid opening unexpected content.
A recipient can download an active share again, and SendIt cannot control a copy after delivery. Delete local copies when they are no longer needed, especially on shared devices.
