About SENDIT
SENDIT is built and operated by an independent team based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We built it because the ordinary ways of moving a file between two people — email attachments and permanent cloud links — leave copies behind forever.
Our approach is deliberately narrow: one file, one short code, one expiry window, then access closes. Scheduled cleanup and metadata retention are explained in the Privacy and Security pages.
The product is maintained by a small team working across the React frontend, Node.js and Express API, MongoDB data models, encrypted file storage, cleanup routines, and deployment workflow. The team documents current limits instead of presenting temporary sharing as a universal replacement for storage or collaboration software.
Our priorities are clear workflows, honest security communication, accessible browser-based sharing, and reducing unnecessary retention. That means we also publish limitations: normal shares are not end-to-end encrypted, recipients can copy delivered content, and a manual revoke control is not currently available for normal shares.
Questions, privacy requests, support reports, and responsible security disclosures can be sent to mmbrothersteam@gmail.com. The Contact page lists the support hours and the information that helps us investigate a problem without asking users to send passwords or live secrets.
